At Picturehouse Central we take our burgers as seriously as we take our films. They might actually be the best burgers in town. But don’t take our word for it, decide for yourself – on us!
On Tuesday 14 July we are offering free burgers cooked to order from our restaurant for anyone who has a ticket to a film screening that day at Picturehouse Central. Simply order at the first-floor bar with your ticket in hand and enjoy your burger either before or after the film (until 10.30pm). Chips, other sides and drinks will cost extra, but the burger will be totally on us! One burger per ticket holder!
The Picturehouse Central flat iron burger is already getting a name for itself around town. It’s a 50/50 fuse of flat iron cut and chuck beef supplied from Musckat Butchers in Brixton. In movie terms it’s like the best of Werner Herzog and the best of Michael Bay in one glorious patty, served in a demi brioche bun with smoked streaky bacon for added depth, crunchy onion rings and melted Westcombe Cheddar for a salty, creamy finish, and cooked to perfection under an open flame on our chargrill!
We expect to be busy so there might be a queue, and when supplies are gone, they’re gone! Please allow plenty of time if you’re planning on enjoying your burger before a film.
