Director: John Hughes. Starring: Molly Ringwald, Emilio Estevez, Judd Nelson. USA 1985. 97 mins.
When five very different high-school students are forced to spend a Saturday together in detention, they find themselves interacting with and understanding each other for the first time. A true teen classic with timeless appeal.

Director: Billy Wilder. Starring: Marilyn Monroe, Tony Curtis, Jack Lemmon. USA 1959. 121 mins.
One of Wilder’s funniest comedies. Curtis and Lemmon play jazz musicians on the run after witnessing the St Valentine’s Day massacre, masquerading in drag as members of an all-girl band to escape the clutches of Chicago mobster George Raft.
